How to aim windshield washer nozzles?

Can anyone tell me how to aim the nozzles? Mine spray right into the wipers themselves, getting almost none at all on the windshield.
I can't seem to access them, as I can't even figure out how to get the wiper blades out of the way to see them.

I thought they were mounted ON the wiper blade ... I guess I'll have to go and take a look at mine

Oh... maybe they are. I hadn't looked that closely. If they are, they REALLY suck. Firing straight down

They are designed to saturate the path of the wipers as the wipers move up. They don’t wet the windshield first then then wipers wipe it away. This way your view is not obstructed with windshield washer fluid for a few seconds before the wipers clear it.

I've seen other Teslas where the spread is better with the nozzles. I'll see what I can do about aiming them. My Tesla is a work truck, with a lot of evening driving. Bug schmegma just becomes smeared bug schmegma the way they are now. I would prefer my view to be "obstructed", as you say, for a moment or two to get better cleaning
