How much would it cost to fix this scratch? Can I use the Tesla paint repair kit?

It’s hard to see detail with the reflection, but it appears the door has numerous scrapes from side to side, not just the ones that went down to metal? This is way too extensive and deep for the paint repair kit. The entire door needs to be refinished and painted, and it appears the bottom corner of rear door is also dented, scraped down to metal. Just a swag from when I had to get hood repainted, but assuming they can repair existing panels with no parts, it could be around $1,200 +.

I would first have a detailer see what they can do. Looks like most of it would buff out.

Also, this is the Model S section and not a Model 3 or Model Y.
