How to remove passenger seat leather?

Hello all,

My white front passenger seat got a stain cannot remove.
So I ended up purchasing OEM part of passenger seat leather only from eBay and trying to replace it.

Is there anyone who has done it? Could you share your knowledge?
Or is there any YouTube video or post that I can know how to?

Any comment, thought, or opinion welcome.

Six minutes into that video, I was starting to get a real sense of déjà vu. Well-presented, but I was sure I’d seen things twice or three times over. I think someone needs to work on editing and continuity.

Fortunately by about 26 minutes in, it’s very useful to see how the seat covering separates from the foam. None of the usual rods and hog-rings historically used in seat-building, it all seems to be clips and Velcro - so no special tools needed!

I enjoyed my first sight of a silver Model 3 for those of us in countries that didn’t get the Model 3 until after silver had been discontinued, it’s something of a unicorn.
