How to send navigation address from phone to car?

Is there an option to do that? on my Location page, it has 3 icons, but none of them allow me to send an address to car.

You can send an address from your phone by selecting "share" with the Tesla vehicle icon that shows up along with your contacts when you choose this option (The share function icon is a stubby up arrow.). On the iPhone this works with Apple Maps, Contacts, Google Maps. The selected address will show up in the Tesla Navigation system the next time you enter the vehicle.

With Google Maps, you click on the three dots next to Your Location, select Share Directions then select Tesla.
