I ordered my first Tesla and I screwed it up. How do I get help?

I ordered a MY and I am buying with another person. Only one of us is eligible for the $7500 tax credit. Somehow we screwed up and requested the wrong person apply for it. Now we have no idea how to fix that.

Is there no way to get an actual person to assist us in fixing this? Non of the on-line resources seem to help at all.

You will need to go an actual store/service center to remedy this. The app works fine for plain vanilla stuff like scheduling service but not for this type of thing.
