didn't verify it was transferable.

Definitely, FUSC will not transfer. You did not miss out on anything. That car was delivered in 2018 to the first owner , a year after transferable FUSC was halted. Also, I’m that small window of time between October 2016 and January 2017 only the P100D was produced, not the standard 100D

The link says 2 years 9 months warranty left for the battery/drive motor which matches with the registration history showing the car was first titled in Jan 2018. That would be in the window that if it did have free supercharging, that only applied to first owner. It then appears to have been sold in Aug 2018, so I'm guessing the free supercharging likely was lost at that time. Also, not sure if it's important to you, but appears that car was in an accident with some damage on passenger front door possibly back in 2020.
