Identifying connectors

I have found identical white unused connectors near both front door pillars (Model S 2016).

There is another white unused connector (B) on the right side, and an interesting maroon-colored connector (C)

I understand the fuse-box on the right side is an extra that comes with the winter package.

Can anyone identify these connectors?
