Over and above the usual stuff like does it have finance, has it been involved in an accident and other scams that apply to buying any car, make sure the listing is correct and unfortunately that means you need to educate yourself a little on what to look for. Plenty of dealers think "Self driving computer" and "self driving visualisation" means it has FSD enabled, neither of those things mean that.

Also watch out for inflated prices as dealers get carried away, and don't fall for "it has 3 years of warranty left" as that might just be the battery and motors (so not worthless, but far from comprehensive).

There's a lot of info on here that might help point you in the right direction Buying a used Tesla - Tesla Info

2019 cars had a lot of small changes throughout the year.

Early 2019 cars had HW2.5 autopilot computer, homelink included, and auto dimming side mirrors.

Late 2019 cars had HW3.0 FSD computer(latest gen), speaker for boombox, but no homelink, and no auto-dimming side mirrors

These are not advertised features, but depending on the build date you will get some of these. I would recommend post April 2019 for the HW3 computer.
