No, not anymore. Currently no new Teslas come with free lifetime supercharging. You can get some free supercharging via the referral program and sometimes free supercharger miles are given as part of a promotion, often at the end of a quarter or the end of the year.

Most people have to pay for most of their supercharging most of the time.

Not any longer, although I was fortunate enough to get it for my M3P that I took delivery of in August of 2018.

Is Tesla running a promotion for inventory cars? It is end of quarter. Usually it's not lifetime supercharging as as a sweetener, but some limited amount. Check in the new car purchase section.

And you don't need it, either.

Over the past 12 months, I probably used supercharger 4-5 times. Needed it maybe 1 time.
85+% of the time I charge at home, roughly once/week. 10% of the time I charge at work, for free. The other 5% is either at hotels (never Tesla's chargers), or at a SuperCharger.

SuperChargers cost the MOST, by far.
