I use the TEZLAB dashboard in the car, it works most of the time and other times the browser resets or crashes and I am back to the keyboard. It wouldn't be too much of a problem if it just did it the once, but often when it starts playing up it can do it repeatedly to the point I just give up.

I just want to know if it's normal or do I have an issue

You can go under service mode and clear browser data to see if this helps from crashing. Sometimes logging into Tesla dot com will make the browser crash in my 2018 Model 3.

Please let us know if there is a service fix. I've chalked it up as an inferior product. In 2023, Tesla started using the Ryzen processor. This was to be faster than the Atom which was used up to 2022. I don't think there was any noted path forward to do an upgrade as with the older model S/X MCU.
