It is a nifty idea though.. I'd wondered why this was not even an option for the S owner up to now...
In a pinch one would have a 70kwh+ battery at their disposal.
Aside from Tesla making less money selling less Powerwalls,
what could be the downside of using your $100,000.00 electric car to offset peak power consumption at home?
Hopefully, this car+house battery redundancy is not motivated purely by capitalistic grandeur...
