Is it possible to fit a 30X30X48" box into a model S ?

Anyone know if this is definitely possible ? - ideally, would appreciate it if someone has the measurements / has measured.

30 inches is almost certainly too tall I'd think.

Height to the bottom of the package shelf is 18.5 inches. That is also where the trunk closes to.
From the folded seat back to the roof line is 25.5" with the package shelf removed.
The width is 38" and the 48" would easily fit with the back seats folded down.

I carried a box that was similar sized before, but had to leave the tailgate semi open and drive slow. - but it was a couple of feet shorter.

I also noticed that the top of the roofline where the hatch attaches is curved / follows an arc. But can't remember if it at the widest point in width of say 27.5", what the height would be there. Any ideas ?

I get 27" at the high point. The seat backs don't lay flat so at that point the bottom of the box would start going up.
