Is there an option to swap Black with White seats (after purchase) or vice versa (meant Tesla upgrade or similar option, and idea on cost)

I only found some 2021 threads and would be great to know of current options (esp. if Tesla does it!?). White seems more in demand. And longer wait as well.

No, Tesla does not do this. The only option is between vehicle owners private party.
