I know, should have gone for the full cracked rim, right?
Ouch, my better half did the same to hers two days after delivery. Fortunately I bought the rimetrix caps and they arrived the next day. I like the black-out look better and now the scratches are out of sight. Until she curbs it again lol.

My first ding was self inflicted as well. I drove out of the garage with the trunk lid open. I was in a hurry, ignored all the beeping, but stopped when the open lid hit the handle of the garage door, putting a deep gouge in the lid. Thankfully I wasn't backing out. I was super pizzed at myself.
