I had recently recieved my New Model X ... put 1k miles on it, and then I had Left Pillar camera failure...
I opened a ticket APRIL6th.
Could not get an Appointment until April 24th.
The car was not even inspected until May 2.
Radio silence in the App since then....
The car has been offline for 8 days.
The APP is claiming Estimated repair by MAY11.
But , I am not going tro hold my breath..
I spoke with a rep who said they are having back logged repairs due to cutbacks in staff.
But C'MON TESLA.... this is a bit ridiculous.
What do you guys think?????
