Here’s a dumb question - why can these only be used with aftermarket wheels?

Do these provide any weight savings over the OEM ones?

From my understanding the conical seat (where the lug actually makes contact with the wheel) is different from OEM wheels. I’d have to double check though!

For the weight savings I’m sure they’re lighter but the savings would be negligible.
