Knocking noise after lowering springs installed...help!

I just had lowering springs installed on my car 5 days ago. Unplugged Performance Moderate springs on my 2018 model 3 AWD, Long Range.

I noticed there is a loud knocking / pop sound that occurs when I turn right and especially if I'm going into a slight incline driveway or decline etc.

This noise happens every time on RIGHT turns, but I don't hear it when turning LEFT.

Any suggestions?

Hey, I would think its the springs being too close to the shock so it rubs when you turn. I got my Low springs installed the other day and had them wrap it with coil insulators so it does not rub or make noises. It caused me no issues and no sound are coming from the springs. this included me taking the car 360 both direction before leaving and still no problems. I am happy with the setup and help from Justin and Jeff from Unplugged.
