I'm currently running the EAP trial. I've had it before and lane change worked great, this time it hasn't worked once in two weeks of trying - I always get the "Currently unavailable - contact support if this continues" message. I also find that NoA does nothing when active - I'm guessing because it can't lane-change and that's kind of fundamental..?
I thought it might be the dirty winter road conditions mucking up the side cameras but I've cleaned them a few times and the display is showing cars behind/beside me with no issues so I guess that's not the problem.
Has anyone had similar problems? I have searched and there's a bunch of threads on lane change issues but nothing very recent or where it worked then didn't. I've raised a ticket but I'm guessing that could take a while.
