I find AB544 to be extremely unfair. However, they had to make the cutoff somewhere. One positive is the HOV lanes should be a little lighter when I get my new X.

agreed. 3s are already everywhere and i'm quite sure the people with white stickers won't stop driving in the carpool lane either.

Nope

I’ve had loaners with the self presenting doors, and I actually prefer not having it. Doors are opening when you didn’t intend for them to open. But that’s just me.

Tough trying to get your price ..AP1 not activated ...no federal tax or CA rebate available no PUP ..there are several inventory 75Ds available now (but have AP2.5 )that have all of the above + PUP that will be lower in price than your car when factoring rebates and credit ...GLWS though ...

Correct you won’t find listed under 70k actually few inventory ones listed at 81k factor in AP2.x and the rebates , warranty , those cars are better deals ..since your in California try Vroom for quote they pay reasonably high for no hassle in selling

The price sounds good but the problem is Tesla gets $6000 to activate auto pilot which most used X’s already have and most everyone wants
