Late failure service update

While on the phone with Tesla trying to troubleshoot why I could not find an activation code for Hulu on the theater app.
They mentioned that during the last several updates I have a “late failure service update” now I don’t know what that means. Not did I ever get any error message during or after any update.

Anybody here know what’s sup?

So apparently. This info is meaningless and was for internal use only. Here’s the lesson. If a Tesla advisor sounds like he’s new. He’s new.hang up and call until you get someone who knows something.
