LDU Logic board diagnosis and replacement questions.

I found a local 2014 P90 with FuSC for a good price. Owners says the LDU needs a new "mother board" Im guessing they mean the control board. How hard is it to get a new or used control board? Once swapped does it have to be calibrated or any software changed done?

Those don't usually fail on their own, most likely LDU got coolant leak so bad that it destroyed the board, which means whole LDU probably needs replacement
Yes after replacement it needs to be programmed

When i search for replacement boards all I find is ones to use for a EV Conversion. I havent found any threads on replacing and reprogramming stock for stock.

its not a common thing to do

Wouldnt it be easier and faster to just replace the board? Of course that is assuming that just the board is bad.
