Anyone else experiencing payment processing issues? On two occasions in past 6 months, Tesla applied my payments to the wrong accounts and then claimed I was delinquent in my account. Plenty of emails back and forth but no one to pick up calls at Lease HQ. Yes running service and support on bare threads. Not a pleasant way to do business.
