Leather damage

The headrest is swelling after driving for a year.
I've tried different kinds of cleaners doesn't seem to work. Is there anyway to save it?

Rarely use
Obviously I’m some random dude on the Internet but the only time I’ve seen that is due to lotions/hair products/ect causing a material failure. And I’ve seen that a LOT.

There’s almost no way that part will fail in that one spot without some outside influence. Even if you get a new one, with the same circumstances, the same thing will happen again.

Let us know what Tesla says.
