Lienholder address on MVPA

I got my MVPA in the app with the name of the credit union I am getting loan from but it only shows the name and not their address. My credit union is insisting that they need "copy of the Purchase Agreement or a copy of the Application for Title listing us as the lien holder" without which they can't issue the loan. Tesla says there is no other document they can provide other then MVPA. Any inputs?

surprising no one encountered this issue so far . My CU is a very small one and probably never dealt with Tesla till now.

The MVPA is the purchase agreement. That should be all that they need and you will provide them with a copy of the title app once it has been processed. At least that is what mine wanted when I got mine.

Finally credit union gave up and proceeded my loan with MVPA only
