List of the fluids in the car, both in sealed (S) and unsealed (U) usages

I'd like to get a list of the fluids in the car, both in sealed (S) and unsealed (U) usages. I'll start. All errors are my own, please correct.

• Windshield wiper fluid - U
• Hydraulic brake fluid - U?
• Cabin air heat exchanger fluid - S
• Battery Mgmt System fluid - S
• Motor lubricant/oil - S

From my understanding, the only things the owner is responsible for getting serviced are the U fluids.
