The previous Youtube video starts at 43:30 and is related to Robot Taxi starting date, possibly in 18 months, now that Elon Musk mentioned HW5?
The influencers there, discussed that the most advanced FSD version is still on HW3 and Level 2 (or maybe 2.5 but not yet Level 3)
while Level 4 (or even Level 5) would be a requirement for Robot Taxis.
