Looking for a single Model 3 original 18" winter tire in Ottawa area

One my tires developed a bump and became unusable after two winters. Maybe someone has a stray tire in similar condition that I can buy... worth asking the question before going to buy a new pair (or a full set). These are the Pirelli ones bought directly from Tesla on the Aero wheels.
