Looking for bushings for Upper Rear Model S Suspension Arms

I need a set (4) of the rubber bushings that are pressed into the upper rear suspension arms on my 2013 MS P85 with air suspension. Tesla will not sell the bushings separately only the link assembly which I obviously already have.

I have found no source for those. You could get half of them replaced by using adjustable cam bushings from EV-Tuning.

I've been looking for a source that has dimensions for their bushings too. When I used to run auto parts stores I had catalogue for bearings and relays and suspension parts with dimensions.
