Low Pitch loud noise from fan

When I have the speed of the fan higher than 4, there's a low pitch noise that becomes louder as the fan speed goes up.

I set up an appointment to take my car in to get it checked. They asked me to make a recording with my phone and send it in prior to the appointment. I did, but unfortunately, the pitch of the noise is low enough (even though it's fairly loud) that it doesn't record on the phone!

Is this normal?

theres always a possibility you might hear it with a decent pair of headphones/speakers. phone speakers won't be able to reproduce the recording fully.

I'm actually not too concerned about not being able to record the noise.

I meant: Do others hear a low pitch noise when their fan (or A/C) is at a speed over 4?

I can hear a "low rumble" when I'm sitting in my car with the AC on as I try and figure out all the settings etc. I have an appointment on Aug 5th so they can address the few delivery issues I had and install my GPS Homelink and if it hasn't gotten any better I'll mention it.
