Loud fan noise at high speed located behind screen

I previously had service replace the fan motor for a low rumbling noise at low speeds, then today I found this loud noise with the fan at high speed.

Seems I’m having bad luck with the fans. Only noticed this today after the temperatures got high and the ac kicked into high gear to cool the car leaving work.

Sounds like a weed whacker.
