Lower Price To Bait Me Into Buying?

I saw it listed for $73,600 so I clicked buy... now it shows up as $76,300

Is this normal? or am I just losing my mind?! what am I missing here?

Tesla changes used vehicle pricing almost daily. I think right now they keep increasing it to get people to buy Model 3's for an end of the quarter push. Hopefully this means lower prices + more cars next month, but with Tesla you never know.
