Not quite the same situation, but same temptation. I ordered SR+ on 11/17, changed to LR AWD on 11/18 through advisor (my account still reflects SR+), and now I am having seconds thoughts on a performance model. I keep telling myself to be still and patient.

You may want to check and see that the change went through. I changed my order on Tuesday and by Wednesday my account updated.

Thank you, Clh79. I have the same concern, but my SA from Brea has said via text a couple of times as recent as Wednesday that it still shows as "pending" on his end. He assured me it won't impact delivery, but we shall see.

Happy Black Friday! SA just hit me up with the sleeper performance and VIN! Ordered San Diego 11/14 he said it is in preproduction and should have it within the next 2 weeks. Anyone know how long after preproduction will the car be ready? Thanks for the help Tesla Fam!

Checked source code late morning, nothing. Went and chopped my Xmas tree down and low and behold, Vin in source code when I got home! It's a Festivus miracle!

My SA texted me today to accept the trade in and put my insurance info in ..

did that and my VIN showed up immediately in source .. (hidden atm) ..

thats progress...

Talked to my SA if I would get delivery next week, she told me most likely, but she can't tell me exact time.

This is odd. Most people are asked to bring check of some sort prior to picking up, but not to their appointment - especially in CA.
