I am looking at a Model 3 LR Silver, 19" wheels with EAP local to me with 10K miles for $44,500 and I think that price is too high. I could buy a new 2019 Dual Motor for close that price if I skip the EAP.

So your starting out $4500 more plus I have to pay $1k to ship it to me.
