M3 weird fan noise with loud rattling and squeaking when car is parked…

Hey guys.

Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on what this sound could be? It happens when the car is parked in moderate temperatures. It only started yesterday and my wife isn’t sure the car is safe to drive.
Any guidance or thoughts on this would be very welcome!
