Mass Certified Appraiser?

Hey Folks - my Model 3 was totaled just over 2 months ago. Progressive is giving me a super low valuation and refusing to budge, so looks like we may be headed to each having to hire an independent appraiser.

Has anyone worked with a Massachusetts licensed appraiser for a Tesla who they could recommend? Or any tips in general for folks who have gone through this process?

Hi did you ever find an appraiser? Dealing with same situation. 2018 Tesla 3 with FSD and noly offering me $36k, the FSD is slated at $1000 that sounds so low to me considering it costs $15k today.

I didn't... I talked to one appraiser, but they clearly didn't know anything about Teslas and I ended up taking the Progressive value after a bunch of haggling.

They would only match what I paid for EAP, not what it's worth today (which is wrong based on what I'd read about replacement value - that they need to match the value at the time of the loss). I never got them to explain why not, they just threatened to pursue the clause where I'd need to get an independent appraisal and I was sort of out of options.
