MCU Cable Dangling

I was changing out my cabin filter today and noticed this lose wire that was just hanging out off the MCU board. It looks like it originates from that plug that it's dangling next to. Anyone know what this is and if it's actually supposed to be plugged in somewhere..?

Is this on a HW 2.5 computer, or did you get the upgrade to HW 3 (aka FSD computer)?
