Question-
I bought out my lease 1 month ago in preparation for trading it in on my Tesla. It was financed through capital one. I have temp plates good for another two weeks. I have not received a title or memorandum title in the mail yet. I reviewed the documentation from when I bought the car and I signed a power of attorney to allow the dealership to transfer the title to me. I need to register the car to be able to trade it in. Will they mail me the title normally or should I contact the bank or the dealership? Not entirely sure how it normally works honestly. Sound stupid but I don’t want to delay the delivery of my car for something like this. Thanks for any advice.
