Mobile Charger Fault

I have a mobile charger fault.
. Getting 4 mph instead of 20. What do I do?

if you can post a picture of the charging screen

if not what is the voltage and amps showing?

Is this a new installation or an existing one. It could be that some wires have worked themselves loose if existing installation.

Here is the picture. This is a 50 amp breaker that has worked fine.

you don't happen to have access to another mobile connector? I would first try to determine is it the outlet, mobile connector or the car?

any errors if you plug the 120v plug into the mobile connector? a friend/neighbor with a tesla and additional mobile connector would be a big help

No access to another mobile connector. Is this a warranty problem? Call tesla?

If it is the car - yes? .... Mobile connector - unsure? check warranty ..... outlet/house wiring - no

Is the outlet heating up? The mobile connector has a temperature sensor, if the outlet gets too hot, it'll ramp down the charge speed.

I finally read the manual. My plug adaptor must not have been in completely. Took it out and then back in and all is well. Thanks for all of the ideas.
