Had an issue since taking delivery of my model 3 in October. After waiting 5 weeks for a mobile service appointment, he finally came and needed to order parts. He said it would be 1-2 weeks, and it has been 4 weeks... haven't heard a single thing since then. I have no contact information for mobile service or any kind of service phone number. What am I supposed to do? Knew this was the Achilles heel of tesla when I ordered but come on!
