Model 3 Horn Issue

Sounds like the high note horn is not working on my 2019 M3, before I dig into the front like to know if anyone knows where this one is located? How difficult to get to it?
If it is the high not horn I found replacements on EBAY and Tesla, just checking to see how extensive of a project this could be?

Thanks, I am going to make sure the horn itself is bad first then order one. Like to only open the front one time but like to be sure...thanks again
