Model 3 Lease Transfer

I love my Tesla so I'm trying to get my parents into a Model 3. In the event they don't like it after say a year does Tesla leasing allow you to transfer to another person? I've used Swapalease in the past for a BMW and wanted to know that's an option worst case scenario. I have also purchased a lease car outright and sold it which I don't believe is an option with Tesla not allowing buyouts correct?

I would ask Tesla but everyone who I've dealt with there in the past seems to either make up information or not know. A lot of times I am educating them on things unfortunately.

Does Tesla formally acknowledge the ownership transfer in swapalease or is it just a side agreement to continue making the payments?

Would be interesting to see if this is actually allowed with tesla model 3 leasing. dont model S and X leases allow buyout at the end? If so, the experience of those leases is not applicable to model 3
