Model 3 seat height adjustment noise

Since the weather has gotten warmer the seat in my Model 3 has started making a noise when it reaches the end of travel while lowering. It sounds as if any grease that should be there has worn away/dried out.

It only does it when lowering and never in the opposite direction, though that could be due to the temperature in the cabin being cooler after I've been in the car.

Has anyone else experienced this, the car is 3.5 years old.

Thanks

If you think it sounds a bit odd give it a spray with WD dry PTFE spray, just raise the seat all the way and you should be able to direct the spray using the straw to give the mechanism a good dose, must say, apart from initial adjustment when I had the car I've never moved it again since. I don't use easy entry because I'm not a fatty. Don't think I've ever moved the drivers seat in any car after initial set up, with ICE vehicles i always put a sign on the dash when car went in for service - Don't wash this car or move the drivers seat.
