Model S 2014 MCU1 issue ?

Hello ,

I want be sure that it's MCU and not something else as I did develop few issues with my model S 85 pre lift

Firstly I notice that navigation is not working : it can find a destination location and in general maps are refreshing while driving however when I press button to find a route it's searching and searching and it not finding route.
Its working fine sometimes but it's very rarely which sucks as I'm trying use navigation to pre condition battery before charging (due to cold weather, - is there any other way how I can do it without navigation ? )
Other issue is that in general on total miles driven I can see increase of the miles while driving then on the trip A or trip B this is showing 0 miles whenever I will drive 5 or 20 (I did reset this already twice)
It doesn't as well show used energy while driving and current distance showing as 999
which is really strange.

Is all above related to MCU memory or mother board or this is related to something else ?

Mine had turned to junk. I got the infotainment upgrade Friday. Two software updates. Seems to have fixed the issues. Talked to help desk yesterday, he said it was a MCU 2 with everything loaded.
