Cleaning out the garage and I realized I have the carbon fiber spoiler that came with my original Model S (which I took delivery of in like February of 2012).
It's never been installed and in fact the first time it came out of the bubble wrap was when I took the picture 5 minutes ago. As you can see, the peel-and-stick adhesive is still attached and looks like it's in good condition.
I don't feel like worrying about packaging/shipping/insuring it, so it goes to the best offer from someone in Los Angeles area who's willing to come pick it up (Hermosa Beach).
