Model S Rear anti roll bar (sway bar) bush replacement

Hi, has anybody replaced the rear roll bar bushes, one of mine has developed a knock, confirmed today when up on ramps.

Looks a bit of a nightmare job! Any advice appreciated! 2018 Model S 75D
