Model S/X screen dimensions

Hello all, I'm building something for which I need a piece of glass - about 17" diagonally. I'm wondering if a Model S/X screen protector would work. If you have a Model S or X, can you please measure the screen (Length and Width) in mm and also let me know which year the car is, so I can order the correct one? I'd really appreciate it.
