Model x 100D early 2019 max range

For the first time I’ve charged my model x to 100% and was surprised that the range shows as 457km instead of the 475km that’s in the spec. Have others experienced the same? Probably will contact support.

I don't know the range but I don't know if support can help you. My model 3 SR+ should have 240 (maybe 250?) and when I charged to 100, I got 223. Support just told me it was normal.

2019 SR+ bought in May 2019 and now has 14,000 miles

I got the same response from booking a service appointment. Going to track actual kWh max charge capacity through TeslaFi

This is common. There is no need to contact the service centre.
