There are some relatively cheap online options for Tesla lug nut removal but I came across this useful device which works well.
The plastic device sits on the back of Lenovo desktop computer VDUs. I am not sure what it is for but it usually falls off. With some minor sanding to the sharp tips it works nicely as a lug nut remover.
