Model X Plaid, people can’t hear me through Bluetooth but I hear them well

Has anyone encountered this issue with the model x yoke steering wheel. Everybody tells me that they can Barely hear me as if I’m in another room talking. Would appreciate suggestions. I have reset and reconnected BT and I have the latest iPhone. Anyone know where the microphones are on yoke steering wheel?

I'm confused about why you think they are in the steering wheel. Last I knew they were in the A-pillars on both sides. In my older X, I had to have the right one changed (said they saw something in the log) when I said I was having trouble with voice commands.
