Model X Slacker Radio access

Does anyone know how long the early adopters of the Model X have Slacker Radio Access? I took delivery in June 2016, and today, it stopped running and asked me for my account. There is a use tesla account button which does nothing.

Have you tried the various resets? I had that show up once and it decided to start working again later.

i did try the reset on the middle scroll wheels and then reset the top buttons.

Request your Slacker Credentials.
Make sure your email is sent from the email account registered with your Tesla account.
Also mention the issue you are having.
